Information Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Information Management professional to lead our team in shaping our information management strategy and ensuring we have the best systems in place to support our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and direction on information management
- Ensure knowledge of contemporary best practice and compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks
- Lead a team of professionals and implement a climate of innovation and continuous improvement in information management
- Develop, maintain, implement, and deliver systems for keeping, updating, accessing, and preserving information
Requirements:
- In-depth experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving records and information management governance frameworks within the Australian Public Service
- Extensive understanding of Australian information management legislation, standards, policies, and authorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Highly developed project management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated professional experience in Records Management, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Archives Management, or a related discipline
