Job OverviewAs a sessional academic staff member, you will be part of our Clinical School of Rural Dentistry and Oral Health within the Department of Rural Clinical Sciences. Your expertise will help us develop a bank of casual staff members to support the delivery of education in dentistry and oral health.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver teaching sessions in the clinical environment, including theoretical knowledge in workshops and tutorials, as well as marking.
- Work with adult learners from diverse backgrounds and with different experiences and capacity.
- Collaborate effectively in contemporary higher education blended teaching environments.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with Ahpra as a general dentist or oral health therapist, relevant current practice expertise and experience in dentistry or oral health therapy, and high-level interpersonal skills.
