Front of House Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our team at Traverse Alpine Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Service: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Efficiently take and deliver food and drink orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Supportive Team Player: Assist with food prep and beverage service as required, working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Menu and Promotion Knowledge: Provide detailed information about menu offerings and special promotions, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, with a willingness to work a varied schedule.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with POS systems and handling cash is a plus, with knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: A team-oriented mindset with a passion for exceptional service, driving results and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
