Concession Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concession Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Description:

The Concession Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concession store, ensuring that all sales targets are met and exceeded. This involves leading a high-performing team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders across the business.

A key focus area will be driving sales and profit growth through effective team management, stock control, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maximize sales and profitability

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality environments
  • Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports
  • Experience in managing performance, productivity, training, and development of large teams
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
