Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a key role in our business transformation journey.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans, with a strong focus on process improvement and cultural change.
- Provide strategic support to ensure projects and initiatives include effective change management strategies and plans.
- Develops, implements and maintains organisational change plans to transition individuals and groups from current state to future state; support them to adopt new processes, systems and behaviours; and overcome resistance to change.
- Facilitates a change impact assessment - consider the business strategy, structure, process and culture when diagnosing change.
- Analysis to consider systems and technology change, business process changes and people change (behavioural /cultural change).
- Contribute to peer mentoring, and experience and skill sharing to build knowledge and capability within the team.
- Leads, facilitates and coordinates engagement with stakeholders through the full life cycle of change of projects within the IT portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Change Analyst or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess the impacts of changes to business processes and systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to manage change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of change management best practices and methodologies.
- You are a strong networker; able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business.
- You are a great communicator, and pride yourself on your ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
