About the Opportunity
HCA is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Technician to join our team in Albury and Southern NSW regions. As a Field Service Fitter or Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to our customers' equipment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance services on heavy machinery and equipment
- Ensure high-quality service delivery outcomes and maintain a strong commitment to safety
- Develop and implement efficient work plans to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated experience in heavy diesel mechanics and field service fitters, with OEM equipment experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex technical issues and fault-finding diagnostics
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction
