Waste Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our system, from maintaining equipment to troubleshooting technical issues.

• Conduct daily service inspections of robotic units and mechanical infrastructure
• Perform planned and reactive servicing and maintenance of plant and machinery
• Operate machinery used to manage material flow through the waste management system
• Determine insect density for optimal waste consumption
• Undertake basic fault finding and troubleshooting
• Maintain site cleanliness and document service incidents

• Strong technical/mechanical background with experience in problem-solving
• Basic electrical knowledge with ability to learn new systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to learning and developing new skills

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A strong team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset is essential.
