Job Description:

Customer Service / Vehicle Rental Agent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Rental Service Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with a stress-free car rental experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing exceptional customer service through face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Offering end-to-end solutions to meet customer needs
  • Using multiple computer systems and performing administrative tasks
  • Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections and reporting damages or issues
  • Working collaboratively with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives

Requirements:


  • A 'can do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and availability to work Monday to Friday, core hours between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, varying with customer bookings
