Cleanliness and Sanitation Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Cleanliness and Sanitation Manager to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our premises. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational systems for the cleaning department.

The successful candidate will oversee the procedures and policies of the Cleaning department, ensuring that all services conducted by the cleaning staff are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will lead a small team, working closely with senior management to ensure seamless operations.

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Physical fitness, enthusiasm, maturity, confidence, good presentation, and a high level of work ethic and initiative are essential qualities for success in this position.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of all amenities and public areas
  • Sustaining pathways, access areas, service roads, and main buildings throughout the premises
  • Proper use of chemicals and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines and COVID-19 protocols
  • Directing cleaning staff and conducting performance evaluations
  • Assisting with updating departmental procedures and implementing management systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service and guest relations

In addition, you will be required to maintain confidentiality, adhere to workplace health and safety regulations, and participate in performance reviews and training programs.
