
Premises Coordinator

Job Description
As a Premises Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This involves managing maintenance requests, identifying and reporting on maintenance and cleaning issues, and arranging work permits for contractors.
You will also be responsible for archiving files, maintaining safe custody storage and databases, and coordinating with landlords and building management to ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for issuing and managing security access passes, coordinating fire wardens listings, and participating in the development of statistical information to monitor services and highlight areas for improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong customer service focus and prior experience in facilities management to join our team and make a real impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A flexible and adaptable working style
- The ability to work effectively within a small team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- WHS, Compliance and Risk Management experience
- Well-organised and an eye for detail
- A common-sense approach and initiative when resolving issues
- Client relationship experience with a strong customer-centric focus
- Understanding of the fitout process and small works
- Contractor and Vendor Management skills
