The role of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Professional requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills. In this position, you will lead all aspects of HSE across projects in SA and VIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of HSE across projects in SA and VIC.
  • Assist the project leadership team with the implementation, review and revision of Work Health & Safety Management Plans.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are incorporated into all projects.
  • Lead by example and maintain a strong culture of safe working practices.
  • Report on health and safety matters, including incident statistics and monthly summaries.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections.
  • Plan and carry out H&S audits when required.

This role requires an HSE professional with a proven ability to develop and lead safety teams, providing expert guidance to project leadership on WHS requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a Certificate IV in WHS and relevant industry experience in the civil or commercial sectors. A confident, collaborative approach, along with a strong understanding of current legislation and risk management, is essential.
