Job Title: Floor Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Floor Manager to lead our store in Western Australia on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and driving success through ongoing training, mentoring, and providing feedback.
  • Engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Requirements:

Prior experience managing a large retail environment with a proven track record of inspiring and educating teams. Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments is essential.
