Customer Engagement Manager

Cabrini Health Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinical service units, supporting the overall technology strategy, and contributing to the planning and delivery of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver end-to-end projects
- Develop and analyse business cases for strategic initiatives
- Identify and assess total cost ownership of projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business/user requirements
- Promote strategic prioritisation and data-driven decision making
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, and a proven track record of building relationships with key business partners. You will also have leadership capability, strong problem-solving skills, and an understanding of current technology directions.
