Customer Engagement Manager

Cabrini Health Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical service units, driving technology strategy, and delivering strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop, analyse, and quantify project scope and deliverables, identifying strategic projects and assessing total cost ownership.
- Develop robust business cases, working closely with stakeholders to gather and define business/user requirements.
- Promote strategic prioritisation, data-driven decisions, and ownership in the delivery of business strategy.
- Contribute to the ongoing implementation of the prioritisation framework, including relevant record keeping and maintenance of the associated project directory.
The successful applicant will possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, professional certifications, and substantial experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. You will have a proven track record of building relationships with key business partners, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading diverse resources to deliver value outcomes.
