Senior Property Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property functions, planning, delivering and reporting of designated projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, with a tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Project Management. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

About the Role:
  • Coordinating property functions for MacDonnell Regional Council
  • Planning, delivering and reporting of designated projects
  • Providing relevant financial and compliance reporting to staff and external parties
  • Procurement & freight coordination as per policy
  • Travel to various communities to conduct training sessions for staff as required

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience in facilities management
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business, Administration or Project Management
  • Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence
