Client Service Officer Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Client Service Officer who will be responsible for coordinating care services, building strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate service information.
  • Coordinate and schedule care services based on client needs.
  • Monitor service delivery and follow up on client feedback.
  • Support new client onboarding and assessment processes.
  • Maintain client files and care documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, Health Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role (preferably in aged care or disability services).
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if travel is required).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems.
  • Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor.
