- We are seeking a Client Service Officer who will be responsible for coordinating care services, building strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate service information.
- Coordinate and schedule care services based on client needs.
- Monitor service delivery and follow up on client feedback.
- Support new client onboarding and assessment processes.
- Maintain client files and care documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, Health Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role (preferably in aged care or disability services).
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if travel is required).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems.
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving lives through quality care.
