A highly skilled and proactive content specialist is required to support the CEO's personal brand and in-house creative studio's social presence, while creating content for a key vertical. This hands-on role will involve sourcing visual content, managing publishing schedules, engaging with communities, and tracking performance.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content strategy and publishing schedule for the CEO's personal brand and The Local Production platforms.
  • Lead short-form video production, including shooting, editing, and directing where needed.
  • Develop content ideas in partnership with senior stakeholders and align with overarching brand goals.
  • Present performance metrics and actionable insights to key internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain audience engagement through proactive community management and ensure brand alignment at all touch points.

Additional responsibilities include leading the creation of visually impactful short-form content, cutting and refining supplied or self-shot footage, and managing the end-to-end publishing process.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management roles.
  • Confident managing multiple content calendars and developing platform-specific content strategies.
  • Highly proficient in short-form video creation using mobile or professional tools.
  • Strong written and editorial skills, with ability to adapt tone of voice and brand messaging seamlessly across platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong track record of social media content creation, excellent organisational skills, and a creative eye for short-form video and visual storytelling.
