- Collaborate with leads and supervisors to refine camera setups, ensuring consistency and coherence in set dressing and visual elements.
- Maintain continuity and consistency across sequences, utilizing documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with departments to maintain clear updates and address potential challenges.
- Deliver high-standard results within deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility under pressure.
- Stay informed about production status and provide solutions to creative briefs through existing tools and processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-3 years of experience working in final layout on feature animated films or TV series.
- A strong aptitude for detail and process.
- Proficiency in Maya, knowledge of Blender recommended.
- Working knowledge of camera animation, scene setup, and set dressing.
- Ability to produce high-level camera work with an in-depth understanding of camera polishing, framing, composition techniques, and cinematography.
- Understanding of editing and continuity, an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Openness to new workflows and tool sets.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
