We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.
- Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of reliable suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Contract Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Invoicing and Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing with suppliers.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in cost-saving initiatives and contract negotiation.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills.
- Structured thinking ability and detail-oriented.
- Driven and proactive nature with a strong work ethic.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
