Job Summary:

We are seeking a capable and motivated consultant to help deliver innovative parking and civic compliance technologies across Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the deployment of our hardware and software solutions onsite and remotely.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth technical delivery.
  • Assist with system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support post-go-live hypercare and help resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Deliver client training and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in software implementation, technical support, or solution delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
