Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in brand development, digital design, and creative problem-solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and evolving brand design systems, designing websites, and developing content for various digital channels. You will work closely with our core team to manage clients, craft compelling copy, and identify technical requirements.

You will participate in client workshops to understand project goals and needs, and present concepts and designs to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with the content team to create engaging templates, visuals, and animations for email and social media campaigns.

This is a full-time position that offers a 9-day fortnight schedule, allowing for a better work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and meet weekly at our co-working office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in brand development, digital design, and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, digital design, and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Google Suite.
