Job Title: Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

This role involves leading the raw materials sourcing team and reporting to the Commercial Director for Australia. Responsibilities include leading and representing the procurement function, sourcing all raw materials across all Australian sites, and driving the Talent agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Commercial Raw Material team to engage them in the Commercial vision and strategy through to delivery for all aspects of sourcing and buying operations.
  • Model 'Great Line Management' by engaging and empowering associates to maximise their contribution and involvement in business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the team to include people with the right skills, knowledge and behaviors to accelerate success.
  • Work with appropriate contacts to drive reporting, insights and representation as it relates to Commercial activities at leadership forums.
