We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Sunnybank Private Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
- Apply sound clinical practice to ensure a safe environment and promote optimal patient health.
- Effectively exchange information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
- Achieve optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and uses effective communication skills.
- Exercise authority through appropriate decision making.
- Utilise customer service principles to exceed customer expectations.

- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in the Acute Rehab/Medical/Geriatric setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment and develop partnerships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs)
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills
- Specialty qualifications in Rehabilitation nursing or working towards same
