We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Sunnybank Private Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and services.
