Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Producer to lead our team in bringing innovative ideas to life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute creative strategies from concept to delivery across various media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that meets client expectations.
  • Manage the production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • SOURCE AND MANAGE TALENT, CREW, AND SUPPLIERS TO BRING PROJECTS TO LIFE.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • A seasoned Creative Producer with 5+ years of experience in producing roles (not Production Managers).
  • Proven track record of delivering TVCs, branded content, and lifestyle campaigns.
  • Ability to manage the full production cycle, from creative ideation to post-production.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in working with internal creative teams and external production agencies.
  • Highly organized, financially savvy, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a hands-on producing role, ideal for someone with a background in content-led storytelling and a strong visual eye.
