**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Finance & Compliance Lead to join our team in Richmond, working 2 days a week in the office and enjoying flexible work arrangements. As a key member of the Program Impact Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful management and compliance of CBM Australia's institutional and philanthropic grant contracts.

**Responsibilities**

  • Grant and Contract Management: Oversee institutional and philanthropic funding contracts, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Maintain Strong Relationships with Donors: Manage reporting and audit processes for key grants, including DFAT ANCP.
  • Budget and Financial Oversight: Lead annual and multi-year program budget forecasts, monitor financial risks, and ensure funds are effectively allocated.
  • Program Systems and Processes: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and streamline program management systems and processes.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting, including oversight of portfolio funds and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and databases.
  • Proven ability to manage and organise complex workloads while meeting internal and external deadlines collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at various levels of expertise.
