Speech Pathologist Opportunity

This is a professional opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to provide mobile services to adults in residential aged care and the community.

The role involves assessing and diagnosing clients' swallowing and communication difficulties, managing calendars of appointments, and liaising with a national team of Speech Pathologists. The position also requires providing consultative and educational support to clients, their families, and colleagues.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with organisational staff, support coordinators, and colleagues to ensure optimum care needs are met, and advocating for support for clients with communication difficulties.

Key skills required for this role include professional qualification in Speech Pathology, active membership of Speech Pathology Australia, and the ability to travel.
