As a Commercial HVAC Service Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers in your defined market, working with a diverse range of commercial clients including healthcare facilities, special events venues, education institutions, and office complexes.

Your key responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. You will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts to diagnose and repair equipment and systems at customer locations or our depot. In this position, you will have access to cutting-edge software and technology, as well as a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units. You must also be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seatbelt and wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harnesses, and safety boots to perform job duties. This position is highly physical, requiring regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders. You must also be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods and lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds occasionally.
