Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our cloud-based ICT projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, identifying and calculating costs, and collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in organisational change management, with a focus on developing tailored plans for senior stakeholders. You will work closely with sponsors, users, and project teams to implement effective change management approaches.

As a seasoned project manager, you will take full responsibility for defining, approaching, facilitating, and delivering medium-scale projects. You will provide effective leadership to the project team, adopt appropriate methods and tools, and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
  • Contribute to selecting the requirements approach, facilitate input from stakeholders, and establish requirements base-lines.
  • Identify communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups, translate these into specific activities and deliverables, and facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders.

Performance Management

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance management, providing operational direction, support, and guidance to assigned colleagues. You will allocate routine tasks or project work, monitor quality and performance, and facilitate effective working relationships between team members.
