Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out carpentry and trade-related tasks within specified timeframes and quality standards based on drawings templates and instructions.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs maintenance and minor modifications in line with safety and compliance requirements.
  • Operate tools machinery and equipment safely assist with non-mechanical maintenance and construction activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed including photographic documentation uploaded to company systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients suppliers subcontractors and the service delivery team to support smooth operations.
  • Complete tasks within time constraints escalate issues as needed and contribute to safety culture and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III or equivalent).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Current White Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated experience in carpentry maintenance and new works ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within time constraints.
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
