Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production tasks and activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in production management, with experience in supervising teams and coordinating activities to meet deadlines.

  • Conduct daily inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Support problem-solving activities and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Monitor work scheduling and oversee plant activities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in production management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in supervisory or team leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and planning skills
