We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Splunk ITSI to join our Enterprise Monitoring team.

About the Role

This is a 12-month contract with options for two additional 12-month extensions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work across both project and BAU functions to enhance our monitoring capabilities for business-critical systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and Improving Splunk ITSI Solutions: Develop, configure, and improve Splunk ITSI solutions for log aggregation, service management integration, and dashboarding.
  • Onboarding New Services: Onboard new services into Splunk ITSI, including service decomposition and documentation.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with service partners and technical teams to support monitoring and service continuity.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for ITSI configurations, dashboard maintenance, and user documentation.
Requirements
  • Project Experience: Project experience with Splunk ITSI for onboarding services, documentation, and dashboard maintenance.
  • BAU Experience: Strong BAU experience with user configuration and continuous improvement of Splunk ITSI.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to thrive in a geographically dispersed environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
