About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Coordinator to join our team in Bunbury, Western Australia. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in championing our people-centric culture and ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring training systems and databases are up-to-date, and managing various online HR & Training systems to claim government training rebates. You will also be responsible for updating internal and external systems with required data ahead of mobilisation of staff to new projects on client sites.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. If you have a passion for talent acquisition, training, and development, and a track record of delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Ensure training systems and databases are up-to-date
  • Manage various online HR & Training systems to claim government training rebates
  • Update internal and external systems with required data ahead of mobilisation of staff to new projects on client sites
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR & Training Coordinator or HR&T Advisor roles
  • Good knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and best HR practices
  • A passion for talent acquisition, training, and development, with a track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with good data entry skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment
