Our client is a high-growth national automotive repair business with 23 facilities across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and the ACT. Since launching in 2019, the company has rapidly scaled and continues to expand, with additional sites planned over the coming years. With more than 500 employees, the business combines national capability with an agile, entrepreneurial culture.
Headquartered in Brisbane's north, the company operates with a collaborative and grounded approach, maintaining a values-driven culture focused on safety, service quality, and innovation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Commercial will lead all commercial functions across the organisation, including:
- End-to-end procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract management
- Commercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvement
- Working with finance to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights
- Managing key customer and partner relationships
- Leading a team across property, parts, and projects
- Acting as a strategic conduit across operational, commercial, and executive functions
About You
You will bring a strong commercial background with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Senior leadership experience across procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery
- Ability to operate strategically while also managing detail and execution
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation
- Experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners
- Exposure to automotive, industrial, or B2B/B2C service-based sectors
- Project management or ERP implementation experience highly regarded
- Strategic role with broad commercial ownership and autonomy
- A business committed to innovation, operational excellence, and career development
- High-impact leadership role with visibility and influence across the organisation
