Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a critical role in our organization. As an SAP Data Migration Manager, you will oversee end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to SAP platforms.

Your expertise in defining data migration strategies, architectures, and conversion test cycles will be instrumental in driving project success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders, will be essential in gathering requirements and delivering high-quality results.

You will design and implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes using industry-standard tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, BAPI, LTMC, or Syniti ADM. Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocations will also be part of your responsibilities.

As a seasoned leader, you will proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration, maintaining data quality and governance standards. Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing concerns or queries will be crucial.

This role requires a strong background in SAP modules and associated data migration tools across greenfield, brownfield, or SDT migrations. Proficiency in project management, data quality assurance, and governance practices is also essential.
