Senior Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery team in managing a diverse and ever-changing portfolio of projects.

  • Responsible for the definition, execution, and successful completion of projects within the portfolio.
  • Monitoring and reporting operational performance, project profitability, staffing requirements, project resources, in-flight project change, and inter-project dependencies and project risk.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients with day-to-day accountability for the service/solution being provided.
  • Coordinate and grow relationships with key customer stakeholders and actively manage the client and sponsor's expectations.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams including suppliers and subcontractors, holding them to high standards.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The selected candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

They must also have a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering, computer science).
  • Proven experience in project management (at least 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
