Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of efficiency in our front-of-house operation.

  • To be successful, you will need to deliver exceptional customer service, work effectively in our front-of-house operation, and maintain a high level of efficiency in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and work effectively in our front-of-house operation.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency in high-pressure situations.
  • Work flexibly throughout weekdays, evenings and weekends.
  • Obtain a Working with Children Check and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $35.47 per hour plus 10.5% superannuation.
