Soccer coaching is a dynamic and rewarding profession that allows individuals to combine their love of soccer with the opportunity to mentor and develop young athletes. As a preschool soccer coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children aged 2.5-11 years through the sport of soccer.

The Soccajoeys program is Australia's leading children's soccer initiative, providing a fun and enjoyable recreational setting for kids to learn and play the world's most popular sport. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and committed individual to join our team as a preschool soccer coach on the Central Coast.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be great with kids, and have a passion for soccer or coaching. You must also be punctual, have your own transport, and be willing to travel locally. A Working With Children's Certificate and a registered ABN are mandatory requirements.

We offer full training to ensure you feel confident and prepared to deliver high-quality coaching sessions. The schedule is flexible, with part-time hours ranging from 3-4 per week. Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $25-$40 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for those who share our passion for soccer development.

Key Requirements:

  • Current First Aid qualification
  • Two references: one personal and one professional
  • Availability to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School (Year 12) certification
  • Driver's License
  • Working With Children Check
  • ABN registration

Work Authorisation:

Australia-based work authorisation is required.
