Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced soccer coach to lead our junior soccer programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing session plans, equipment, and coach schedules, as well as running weekly coaching programs at childcare centers and kindergartens. They will also work alongside other coaches to deliver after-school and weekend programs, train new coaches, and distribute Little Big Sport merchandise to players.

Requirements:
  • Experience coaching soccer to 2.5-12 year old children (minimum 3 years)
  • Soccer coaching qualification
  • Management experience
  • Working with children check
  • First Aid certificate
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
