Leadership Role in Operations Management

We are seeking a seasoned operations manager to oversee our QLD operations and expand our installation services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and running the installation team, managing scheduling, project delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage at least 2 installer teams to start operations immediately.
  • Expand the subcontractor/installer network as the branch grows.
  • Oversee project delivery: on-time, on-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with QBCC, WHS, and council approvals.
Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • 5+ years' experience in construction/project/site management.
  • Background in outdoor home improvements, carpentry, building, or trades highly valued.
  • QBCC Supervisor or Builder Low Rise licence preferred.
