Job Description

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting processes for Technology, ensuring alignment with business strategy and commercial priorities. You will deliver accurate and timely reports, budgets, and forecasts with clear articulation of risks, opportunities, and drivers.

You will act as a trusted finance partner across the function, delivering financial insights, influencing decisions, and supporting delivery of commercial targets. Deep dive on financial and operations analysis to uncover business performance drivers, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Technology, ensuring alignment with business strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports, budgets, and forecasts with clear articulation of risks, opportunities, and drivers.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner across the function, delivering financial insights, influencing decisions, and supporting delivery of commercial targets.
  • Deep dive on financial and operations analysis to uncover business performance drivers, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in a Commercial Finance Manager role or Finance Business Partner role specifically partnering with Technology.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or CFA).
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering insights that contribute to business success.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
