We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team at Employment Plus in Sydney West. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing a professional recruitment service to our employers and participants, with a focus on achieving sustainable employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and participants
- Understand the employment needs and processes of our employers
- Engage job-ready candidates to match them with employment opportunities
- Achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
