Employment Plus is a division of The Salvation Army that offers a professional recruitment service to both employers and job seekers. Our experienced employment teams have been empowering people to find the right job since 1998 as part of the Australian Government's Employment Services network.
About the Role
The Recruiter is a commercially focused role that provides a professional recruitment service to both EPlus employers and participants. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers
- Understanding employers' businesses, their employment needs, and processes
- Engaging job-ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities
- Matching employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
- Achieving or exceeding all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional who has:
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and approaching potential clients
- Success in proactive business development
- Strong time management and delivery of a high-quality service
- Advanced relationship management skills
- Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry
