Job Title: Nature Strategy Director

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires expertise in environmental management and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing innovative strategies to manage nature-related risks and opportunities.

  • Shape our environmental future: Lead the development of our approach to nature, inclusive of biodiversity, water, land, and pollution.
  • Drive positive change: Collaborate across teams to implement innovative nature initiatives, align our operations with our sustainability goals, and nurture our commitment to nature.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor global nature-related trends, policies, and technologies, providing valuable insights to guide our company's sustainability practices and reporting.
  • Cultivate partnerships: Represent our organisation in key industry forums and working groups, fostering relationships that amplify our impact and influence positive policy changes.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our approach to nature, including:

  • Biodiversity conservation and restoration
  • Water management and conservation
  • Land use planning and management
  • Pollution reduction and prevention

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sustainability Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or similar in environmental or sustainability-related fields
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative strategies to manage nature-related risks and opportunities
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
