About the Role

This senior campaign operations manager will be directly responsible for managing our promotional & advertising campaigns across restaurants, CPGs, and our new verticals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, process/project/program management, or operations, with high growth startup experience preferred.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. They will be comfortable learning new tools and becoming an expert, and will take business requirements and put them into action to support short-term needs and long-term growth.

This role requires strong project & program management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage effectively in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will also have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and be comfortable teaching them to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large engagements, planning and coordinating deliverables across campaigns.
  • Create process improvements to drive more efficient workflows with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage a small team of campaign operation specialists, ensuring high-quality campaign execution and directing feedback loops.
  • Partner cross-functionally with our account teams across our restaurant, grocery & convenience businesses to ensure campaigns are scoped and executed flawlessly.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our internal systems, tools, and product capabilities.
  • Work with product and engineering, using data and operational feedback to drive product improvements to improve campaign accuracy, drive efficiency, and launch new features.
