About the Project

As part of our GoldlinQ partnership, we're extending the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads. This project includes eight new light rail stations, two new connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and delivery of construction phase services
  • Manage systems engineering and safety assurance activities
  • Deliver Engineering and Completions
  • Ensure the Rail Training Organization meets accreditation requirements
  • Manage quality and completions requirements under the Contract
To be successful in this role
  • Tertiary Qualification in Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • 5-10 years' experience in technical management roles on significant projects
  • 5+ years' design experience
  • 5-8 years' construction experience
  • Multi-discipline project experience in design and construction
  • Proven commercial and legislative compliance skills
  • Demonstrated competencies in Head Contract and Subcontract understanding
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationships with major design partners
  • Awareness of risk management principles
  • Proficient skills in relevant computer software packages
  • Strong time and cost management skills
