TPG Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics professional to join our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CLM data and insights to drive business growth and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Lead the management of recurring, on-demand, and proactive programs of work to ensure effective data analysis and insights.
  • Consolidate and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present and communicate critical data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through effective data visualization and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic analytics roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data platforms, including Teradata and AWS cloud-based data platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong background in data analysis and analytics with a proven track record of extracting meaningful insights and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Intermediate skills in SQL and proficiency in understanding data structures, entity relationships, and databases.
  • Working knowledge of data platforms, including Teradata and AWS cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience with Python programming, AWS cloud-based data platforms, and reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is highly advantageous.
