About this role
We are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in facilitating and leading change initiatives across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement and facilitate feedback gathering and action planning.
- Develop and integrate people dimensions into business plans and support the delivery of global People strategy.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and reshape how functions operate to support growth and increase effectiveness at sensible costs.
- Support transformation, restructuring, or cultural change projects as needed.
- Lead the talent agenda for your business areas, understanding key talent, their strengths and development needs. Provide framework for talent reviews and develop succession plans for key roles.
- Develop and champion high-performance culture across your business areas.
- Work with teams to identify skill and capability gaps and relevant L&D solutions.
- Work with Centres of Expertise to ensure effective hiring strategies and build the employee value proposition locally.
- Ensure quality, customer-focused, pragmatic, and efficient HR support across your business areas, manage complex ER cases, spot things to fix and be proactive about driving efficiencies.
About You
You will bring solid experience in HR partnering, typically supporting commercial / go-to-market & retail client groups providing both operational and strategic HR support, ideally in a global, matrixed organization.
You are a great relationship builder who connects effectively across a range of senior professional leaders and personalities and can work effectively across boundaries and networks.
Requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio that shows evidence you can improve organisational capability by implementing new organisational design thinking, tools, and methods.
- Change leadership experience providing frameworks, influence, and challenge to senior teams to identify and drive through organisation change in a variety of scenarios.
- Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism, and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing business, is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Clear business acumen and passion and can develop and articulate an HR/OD agenda that'll drive positive outcomes.
- Open, practical, and pragmatic. Able to balance a high volume of conflicting priorities and works with energy and pace.
- A confident and shrewd influencer who reads when and how to gain commitment of others. Can stand own ground but also be flexible as needed to serve the 'bigger picture'
