Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic HR Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of Human Resources, including administration, processes, stakeholder liaison, employment contracts, staff letters, contract variations, HR databases, and personnel files.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Assist with inductions, onboarding, HRIS, payroll, and other HR functions
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and systems
  • Update staff personnel files and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Organized and process-oriented approach with strong time management skills
