Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We seek a skilled and motivated Commercial Solicitor to deliver expert advice on complex commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on significant projects and general commercial advisory work;
  • Support client requirements and objectives;
  • Work across Commonwealth procurement, commercial contracting, intellectual property, and technology matters;
  • Be part of a collaborative team; and
  • Provide corporate advisory services, including contract drafting and advice writing skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a commercial legal role, a strong interest in working on Australian Government transactions, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
